The numbers are in, and surprisingly New Hampshire rounds off the list of states that has a low crime rate activity. New Hampshire is joined by New York, Idaho, North Dakota and South Dakota with the state with the lowest average crime rate in the nation. It’s been noted that this trend might be due to the fact that New Hampshire is known to be a state that duly holds suspects and criminals with proper repercussions.
